Post-Departure – Take out garbage, check for perishables and items left behind, ensure windows and blinds are closed, reset all temperature controls to desired settings. Store garbage bins if required. Engage cleaning and laundry services on request.
Local Tenant Contact – we will field your tenants’ calls and handle questions, concerns and will provide referrals to service providers for emergency repairs!
Video Inventory – We provide a digital record of your home and belongings, as detailed as you wish and will provide you with a copy. We’ll also keep a copy in our files for you for one year!
Shopping and Delivery - Shop, deliver and stock your refrigerator or cabinets, order/create gift baskets.
Wait Service - Wait for the cable or gas company, take deliveries or open for repair or maintenance workers. We can arrange for service providers on request (maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, snow removal, etc.)
