Why should I use Mountain Home Concierge's 'home check' service?
You have the comfort of knowing that we are inspecting your home and its systems, and will notify you immediately of any problems. Imagine how you would feel if your thermostat quit working, pipes froze, broke and then thawed, flooding your house!
When you ask us to schedule extra services, like window or carpet cleaning, or estimates for other maintenance or service, we'll try to schedule those during your home check time, in which case we give you 1/2 hour of FREE 'wait service'!
Mail, newspapers and fliers are picked up so your property doesn't look deserted. We can alter your lighting and/or shades and blinds too, to make the place look 'lived in'.

What is your service area?
Currently, most of our clients are within Flagstaff city limits. We will service clients outside the City, but must charge 75 cents per mile, each way, in order to cover our costs. If we get multiple clients in an area outside the City, we'll reduce the mileage charge for our regular home check services as long as we can service them all on the same day.

What in the heck is Video Home Inventory?
We send our videographer out to your home, and record the exterior, interior and contents for you. You receive a copy in VHS or DVD format, and we keep one on file for one year! This is a great way to keep track of all your stuff in case you have to file an insurance claim for fire, smoke, water damage or theft.

How long have you been in business?
We filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission in November 2004, and obtained our City of Flagstaff business license in December 2004. Became insured and bonded February 2005!

We can handle requests for all sorts of things - we've been known to send 'left-behind' items home for our clients, create and deliver gift baskets, winterize cabins, bring a key for someone who left theirs at home, and lots more! Will you manage my lease property?
We are not property managers, however we do perform some tasks related to leasing your home. We can prepare your home for rental, schedule housekeeping and repairs, manage keys, and even perform walk-throughs before and after rentals for your peace of mind.
We do not perform inspections, nor do we handle advertising, showing, scheduling, lease writing or handling any funds regarding the rental - deposits, rent, etc.
