We are always happy to check things out for you - complete walk through, checking for old or new issues on ceilings, doors, windows and floors, is the furnace working? We also take a look at your fridge and freezer, as well as exercising plumbing fixtures if the water is on. We will also check around the exterior, looking for evidence of rodents, skunks, foxes around your home.
Winter 2009-10: 
We will do a one-time home check for $30 within city limits, $35 in Timberline, Fernwood, Doney Park, Forest Highlands and Kachina Village/Mountainaire, and $50 for points further out!
